Banryu (Ten Thousand Dragons) is a traditional expression from Fuji Shuzo in Tsuruoka, Yamagata, brewed at 65% polish for an accessible, food-compatible everyday sake from this 1778-founded Shonai Plain brewery now in its 13th generation. Named with classical imagery, it stands in contrast to the brewery's boldly creative limited-edition lineup as a grounded, straightforward expression of regional sake craft.
