A daiginjo from Suzuki Shuzoten Nagaigura in Nagai, Yamagata, crafted from Yamada Nishiki polished to 35% with a sake meter value of +4 and acidity of 1.0. The brewery relocated from the coast of Namie, Fukushima, after the 2011 earthquake and tsunami, and now brews in Nagai using spring water fed by the Iide and Asahi mountain ranges.
