- 1889Founded as Nishinomiya Kigyo Company in Nishinomiya.
- 1897Registered the 'Nihonsakari' trademark and shipped the first 'Nihonsakari' and 'Sohana' branded sake.
- 1913Became the official supplier of 'Sohana' sake to the Imperial Household Agency.
- 1961Aired its first television commercial.
- 1980Became the first in the industry to launch sake in PET bottles.
- 1989Marked the 100th anniversary of its founding.
- 2000Renamed itself Nihonsakari Co., Ltd. and opened the 'Sakagura-dori Rengakan' brewery museum.
- 2019Marked the 130th anniversary of its founding.
