Unfeigned Sake Terroir is a rich and rich sweet Junmai sake full of wild flavor, in harmony with plump rice and soft acids. By reviving the "five -dan preparation" described in the Edo period literature, we express a "dark, sour, sweet, juicy" vivid taste. In addition, Nara Prefecture's only sake -brewing rice "Russia -style" and their own bubbles and yeast are used, and it is a long -term worker, which is just worthy of a terroir. It is one of the enthusiasm of the brewer, which connects traditional sake brewing to posterity.
