Description
Tsugarumusume is brewed using Haasoi (Hana Omoi) sake rice and water from the South Hakkoda mountain system at Nakamurakamekichi in Kuroishi, Aomori. Polished to 40%, this junmai ginjo-class sake is cold-fermented to produce a rich yet dry character shaped by the Tsugaru toji tradition.
