「得月」以母系传承越路早生、父系传承越光血统的新潟县产米「雪之精」为原料,精磨至28%后酿制而成。为使米粒不碎裂地精磨至此,需耗费三天三夜。玄米时呈椭圆形的「雪之精」,入酿时已变得圆润饱满,宛如高悬夜空的满月。如此用心的原料米,酿造过程自然也格外细致,在低温下历经约一个月缓慢发酵而成。这是一款希望您在中秋赏月之际共同品鉴的好酒。
