A honjozo genshu (undiluted) from Koizumihonten in Hiroshima, bottled under the Hiroshima Tokusen designation indicating regional distinction. As a genshu, this sake is not diluted with water after pressing, resulting in a higher alcohol concentration and more concentrated flavor. The honjozo classification means a small addition of distilled alcohol has been made, which brightens the aroma and sharpens the finish.
