EXTRA DRY - JUNMAI KARAKUCHI GENSHU Quiet Giant is our extra dry sake, with a long finish and delicious earthy notes of cedar and vanilla. We let this junmai sake ferment slow and cold, allowing the sugars to render completely dry with a higher alcohol content (genshu).
