三千盛酒造位于岐阜县中津川市。明治10年,庄屋第四代山田仙次郎在此地开创酿酒业,品牌名"三千樱"由此而来。酿造用水取自自家山中涌出的清泉,为守护水源,酒藏不砍树、不种植人工林,将水源地作为完全天然森林加以保护,致力于以坚信的方式进行清酒酿造。
