Meiryu (Roaring Dragon) Junmai is from Kaneko Shuzo in Tochigi Prefecture, whose name evokes the legendary 'singing dragon' ceiling paintings associated with the sacred shrines and temples of nearby Nikko. Pure Tochigi mountain water and the junmai brewing philosophy shape this clean, sake whose powerful name is matched by its honest, direct rice character.
