将秋田县产酒米精磨至50%的纯米吟酿原酒经一度火入后,置于利用横手积雪建成的雪室中缓慢低温储藏。接近冰点的雪室磨去了清酒的棱角,培育出清爽的吟酿香与圆润柔和的口感。这是只有大雪地带才能孕育的传统储藏方式所带来的一瓶佳酿。
