Junmai raw sake made of wine yeast. It features a white wine -like aroma and a light sweet from rice. The rich flavor that is asserted in harmony between the sharp and fruits reminiscent of apples and cherry, and the light sweetness and the clear acidity is a finish that reminds me of "Oh, this is a sake." Still, the dry lingering sound is good at the end. Cool a little and wine glass.
