使用福井县产限定酒造好适米全量酿制的纯米大吟酿。从29BY酿造起使用,产品化。特点是柔和的吟酿香、上品的味道与温和的入口感。「越之雫」……2003年完成品种登记的福井县产限定酒造好适米。以兵库北锦为父、美山锦为母交配而成。与同为奥越产的「五百万石」相比,含有蛋白质,精白度高,适合酿制吟酿酒。
