寿海

Jukai, meaning sea of longevity, is a sake from Hyakumangokushuzou in Hyogo, with the name evoking enduring abundance and the good fortune associated with a long life. Hyogo Prefecture, home to the famous Nada brewing district and its celebrated miyamizu hard water, supports a wide range of sake styles from the highly polished to the everyday. This expression carries the standard house character of the Hyogo brewing tradition.
