Hakuran Junmaigenshu is an undiluted (genshu) pure rice sake from Hakuran Shuzo in Miyoshi, Hiroshima, retaining its natural brewing strength without water addition. The genshu style concentrates the rice's inherent richness, delivering a fuller body and deeper flavor than standard diluted sake. Hiroshima's soft brewing water tempers the intensity with characteristic smoothness.
