Hakuran Josen is the standard-grade offering from Hakuran Shuzo in Hiroshima, providing an everyday entry point to the brewery's soft-water ginjo tradition established in one of Japan's three great sake-producing regions. Josen ('upper grade') is a traditional designation reflecting consistent, reliable quality above the basic table sake tier, suited to daily meals in the Hiroshima style.
