Description

Fukunokoe (Voice of Good Fortune) Daiginjo from Fukui Shuzojo in Mie Prefecture carries an auspicious name that combines the kanji for fortune with the image of a welcoming, joyful voice. Mie Prefecture, home to Ise Jingu (Japan's most sacred Shinto shrine), has a long sake-brewing tradition tied to ritual and celebration, and this daiginjo reflects that heritage of sake as a bridge between the sacred and the pleasurable.
