大吟酿 北乃風雪

Kitanofuusetsu ('Northern Wind and Snow') Daiginjo from Asazuma Shuzo is named for the fierce winter conditions along Niigata's Japan Sea coast that create the cold, dry brewing environment ideal for delicate ginjo fermentation. Founded in 1909 along the Nishikawa River in Niigata City, the brewery channels the prefecture's renowned clean water and rigorous winters into its most refined expression.
