1923年,创业时的品牌名「长久正宗」由创始人藤井长十郎亲自命名。岁月流逝,嘉美心酒造在迎来创业100周年的纪念之年,以「留存永久」之意重新复刻了这款「长久正宗」。在米的选择上同样不妥协,采用了早于嘉美心酒造创业便已存在的酒米「雄町米」。以冈山县产「雄町米」精磨至50%,由备中杜氏的技艺悉心酿造而成。这款纯米吟酿融合了「最大限度引出米之鲜味」的酿酒精神与雄町米特有的醇厚扎实口感,并经7年熟成以增添个性。敬请品味这款融汇了冈山自古传承的传统「风味」与「技艺」的佳酿。
