主题为"一田一粒"。从一块田,酿造一款酒。自2019年起,会津娘推出"只用一块田收获的米酿造的纯米吟酿"。酿酒的核心在于按季节耕作田地,以限定会津娘"穰"的形式贮藏。起点——有机栽培圃场"试验圃":自最早时期便开始自家栽培的圃场,表土极为细腻柔软。自1986年起不使用农药及化学肥料,2007年获得有机JAS认证。培育出粒大略硬、口味高雅的"五百万石"。
