沿革
- 1877Yoshinotomo Sake Brewery was founded in 1877, the year of the Satsuma Rebellion.
- 2014Koshi no Megumi Co., Ltd., a farmer-led company growing sake rice with the aim of becoming a domaine-style producer, was established.
- 2017The brewery introduced Hokuriku's first state-of-the-art rice-polishing mill dedicated to sake rice, and Yoshinotomo Sake Brewery became a subsidiary of the farmer-led Koshi no Megumi Co., Ltd.
- 2018The brewery began selling Kisaki Black 28 and Kisaki Black 50.
- 2018Kisaki 28 Black won the grand prix at the NAMAZAKE AWARD held in London.
- 2025Kisaki Splash Pink received the top gold award in the Premium Sparkling Sake category of the 2025 Wine Glass Sake Award.
