沿革
- 1818Founded in 1818 (Bunsei 1).
- 1899In March 1899 (Meiji 32), the brewery built the storehouse that still serves as its main brewing building today.
- 1955In 1955 (Showa 30), sake brewing was revived with a toji invited from Niigata, after suspending sake production during the war and resuming with shochu afterward.
- 1996In 1996 (Heisei 8), the brewery switched to self-directed brewing, with the company president also serving as toji.
