這款梅酒由茨城縣大洗町老字號醃製店八代的青梅釀造商「青梅盛」出品,使用茨城縣首個梅子品牌「常陸之梅」釀製的梅酒。傳至第八代的廣瀨吉之助先生嚴選高品質梅子與上乘日本酒,堅持全部使用茨城縣產原料。大量採用茨城縣產青梅,釀製出甜酸芳醇、以日本酒為基底的梅酒。
