A junmai from Hyogo's Tatsuuma-Honke Brewing, brewed using the Miyamizu hard spring water of Nishinomiya that has defined the Nada region's sake character for centuries. The brewery's proprietary rice-steaming method draws out the grain's natural umami, producing a rich, full-bodied flavor with a clean finish.
