Kuramitsu Shuzo in Oita City produces this genshu nigorizake as an unfiltered, undiluted cloudy sake that retains sediment and raw rice character. The brewery, founded in 1864 as the only sake producer in Oita City, bottles this style without dilution, preserving the full-strength richness of the moromi.
