🍶
Description
Released as a shinshu new-season sake from the R1BY brewing year, this junmai ginjo from Fukui's oldest brewery uses locally grown rice and locally developed FK801 yeast alongside spring water from the Yasaka Shrine grounds. The shinshu designation emphasizes its fresh, early-season character.
