Nada-region daiginjo from Ota Shuzo's Chiyoda Gura, the brewery's Higashi-Nada, Kobe facility established in 1962 in pursuit of Nada's famous water and prestigious sake rice. Small-batch production of 750 kg per brew, guided by Noto toji tradition, yields an elegant, food-harmonious style.
