透過插秧和收割等農業體驗傳遞大米的魅力,舉辦由當地居民製作的時令小菜與蔬菜、經餐廳監製的豐收節,深化與當地居民的交流,成為地域振興的源泉,同時為孩子們提供以大米為核心的飲食教育場所,向社會傳播農業與釀造業的產業價值。致力於活用撂荒地進行米作的楽農メイクス、可兒市羽崎森中的釀造廠、酒類銷售店及餐廳四方協力,共同推進實現。為此,我們正在招募願意享用用可兒之米釀造的可兒之酒的成員。若能為日本傳統文化的傳承盡一份力,我們將不勝感激。

林酒造位於岐阜縣可兒市東部羽崎山區。348年前(1612年),初代林伊兵衛在美濃國平牧村(今岐阜縣可兒市)擁有大片山林與田地。後來,弥矢林伊兵衛於1874年開創了釀酒業,清酒「富士駒」之名在當地廣受喜愛,流傳至今。
