Yuzu liquor liqueur using plenty of domestic citron juice based on Junmai Sakawara. Sweet and sour, bittersweet taste and refreshing aroma bring a sense of mouth.
The brewery is set up in Takashima, the village of Lake Biwa, and the sake is originally simple and neat. Supported by this belief, it is a brewery that considers the health of the drinkers since its inception, and seeks a real taste.
