Description

Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% forms this junmai ginjo from a Kyoto brewery whose site sits on the former grounds of Toyotomi Hideyoshi's Jurakudai palace. Fruity ginjo aroma, smooth mouthfeel, and a clean dry finish characterize this expression, brewed with the storied Kinmeisui spring water.
