Koto Daiginjoorigarami is a daiginjo polished to 50% from Sasaki Shuzo in Kyoto, bottled as origarami, retaining a light suspension of fine lees particles. The origarami style adds subtle texture and depth to Fushimi's characteristic silky daiginjo base.
