金鳳本釀造出自創業於1857年的三重縣河武釀造。以相傳由弘法大師親自掘鑿的井水作為釀造用水,加之坐落於伊勢神宮兩條聖河之間的多氣地區這一得天獨厚的地理位置,共同造就了柔和豐潤的酒質。
