Maruishi Brewery was the birthplace of Ieyasu Tokugawa in 1990, in 1690, and started making sake in Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture, which is full of history and nature surrounded by mountains and rivers. Since then, we have been making sake for over 330 years. The two rabbits represented by round stone are the goal of "only two rabbits can get two rabbits", and the taste, incense, acid and flavor, weight, light, sweet, spicy, aftertaste, simplicity and complex taste ...
