使用雄町米頂級米配對15%釀造的純米大吟釀酒。雄町米被稱為岡山縣特產酒造好適米的根源,因易碎且正米出率高,本來難以保持其原本大小。然而,利用最新精米機和技術革新改良的改良米,2015年精米步合20%的精米師開發並銷售了元祖「五郷純米大吟釀天下聖」。雄町米不斷研究極限精米步合,投入時間和心血精心處理米,持續提升精度。終於成功將精米步合20%進一步提升至5%。世界首款(※)超高精白酒是「純米大吟釀天下聖10%磨き」。「純米大吟釀天下聖10%磨き」是由極限釀酒誕生的異次元之酒,彷彿昔日聖人(智者)們品味此酒一般,被送往世間。
