據載,我家第一代先祖於天和年間(1681至1683年)自大和(奈良縣)遷居佐原。第五代開始釀酒,時為天保十三年(1842年)。此後與佐原共同走過逾三百年歷史,守護傳統製造工藝,以家族事業釀造清酒與味醂。
