這家老字號酒造在明治初期以「大太世界」品牌經營,戰時被迫與當地大型酒造合併,戰後在姬路味噌、醬油等釀造商的資本支持下重振灘酒文化,以「福鶴」品牌重新出發。代表品牌「九藏」之名,源於1995年地震中倒塌倉庫的廢墟之上,重新孕育出的新生。現以小批量、接近手工的吟釀釀造為主,是一家追求傳統灘酒精髓、全年提供新鮮清酒的酒造。
