作為吟釀酒先驅的櫻花吟釀酒,完全不經加熱殺菌,以生酒形式直接裝瓶。1982年,出於讓人們能在一年四季都享受到曾經只有在酒造才能品嚐的生酒這一心願,出羽櫻開始了生酒出貨的挑戰。即便盛夏,也透過零下5度的冷藏設施,確保以最佳狀態送達每一位飲者。
