1923年,創業時的品牌名「長久正宗」由創始人藤井長十郎親自命名。歲月流逝,嘉美心酒造在迎來創業100週年的紀念之年,以「留存永久」之意重新復刻了這款「長久正宗」。在米的選擇上同樣不妥協,採用了早於嘉美心酒造創業便已存在的酒米「雄町米」。以岡山縣產「雄町米」精磨至50%,由備中杜氏的技藝悉心釀造而成。這款純米吟釀融合了「最大限度引出米之鮮味」的釀酒精神與雄町米特有的醇厚紮實口感,並經7年熟成以增添個性。敬請品味這款融匯了岡山自古傳承的傳統「風味」與「技藝」的佳釀。
