Description
Bunraku 3nenkoshu Momokuri is a honjozo from Kitanishi Sake Brewery in Saitama, aged for three years to develop a mellow, rounded character. The koshu (aged sake) style imparts deeper amber hues and a rich, matured complexity uncommon in standard honjozo offerings. Saitama's brewing tradition is well represented in this patiently crafted expression.
