Bokusui Gokuki Kijousyu is a junmai ginjo dessert sake from Takeshige Honke Shuzo in Nagano's Saku region. The kijoushu style is brewed by substituting finished sake for water during fermentation, producing a naturally sweet, rich, concentrated character ideal for sipping alongside sweet dishes.
