Torihime rice polished to 75% forms this single-tank Junmai from Goto Shuzoten's Benten Musume label in Tottori. Torihime is a Tottori Prefecture heirloom variety contributing its own regional character, brewed in the unblended, warming-sake tradition that defines the Benten Musume lineup.
