沿革
- 1948Tsukasagiku Shuzo Yugengaisha (limited company) was established.
- 1955Relaunched with the brand name "Tsukasagiku."
- 1994Reorganized as Tsukasagiku Shuzo Co., Ltd.
- 2000Shifted policy toward higher-quality sake brewing.
- 2007Launched the brand "Anabukigawa," brewed with water from one of Shikoku's clearest rivers.
- 2011Launched the brand "Kirai," using rice grown by the brewery itself.
- 2016Declared itself a junmai-only brewery and launched the rebranded "Kirai" line.
- 2017Launched the brand "Anabukigawa" (written with new kanji "貴吹川").
