沿革
- 1955Sake was brewed at a brewery in Nito, Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, under the predecessor company Hirashimaya (c. 1955).
- 1939The sake wholesaler Hiraki Shoten was established in Ryogaecho, Shizuoka City (c. 1939).
- 1967All brewing operations in Shizuoka were consolidated in Okayama Prefecture, continuing as Hiraki Shuzo Co., Ltd. (Showa 42).
- 2011Shizuoka Hiraki Shuzo Co., Ltd. was established (September 7, 2011).
- 2012A brewery was founded at the foot of the Abe River in Shizuoka City, resuming local sake brewing (2012).
- 2012Obtained a sake brewing license (November 1, 2012).
