沿革
- 1899Taisaku Sasaguchi founded the Sasaguchi Brewing Works, the origin of Sasaiwai Shuzo.
- 1960Sasaiwai Shuzo Co., Ltd. was formally established, with Tomosaku Sasaguchi becoming president as the 2nd-generation brewery head.
- 1970Naka Sasaguchi became the 4th-generation head of the brewery.
- 2004Takaaki Sasaguchi became president as the 5th-generation brewery head.
- 2018Ryosuke Sasaguchi became president as the 6th-generation brewery head.
- 2019Starting with this brewing year, all rice used shifted to rice grown entirely within Niigata City.
- 2025Noriyuki Hagino became the company's president.
