了解
酒造創立於距今逾400年的文祿年間（1592年），在京都由鳥羽氏創立「串代屋」。後隨伊達秀宗入駐宇和島，以「鳥羽常屋命名會社」為前身，開啟釀酒事業。現今酒造在多種果實酒的開發上也頗為積極。

- 1592Founded in Kyoto as "Kushiroya" in 1592 (Bunroku 1).
- 1879Received the calligraphy plaque "Jouhou" from the 7th feudal lord.
- 1954Established Toba Shuzo.
- 1971Merged three companies to form Meimon Shuzo.
- 1981Merged with Sakai Shoten to establish Meimon Sakai.
- 1989Completed and relocated to a new head office building.
- 2010Started the water server business.
- 2024Reached the company's 430th anniversary.
