松緑酒造自江戶時代起便在當地經營酒母，供應津輕一帶的酒鋪。1904年（明治37年）轉型為清酒生產，此後始終珍視酒母技術這一酒藏根脈，傳承代代相傳的釀造技藝與工具，將清酒文化延續後世。旗下「松緑」「Reine」與挑戰新釀造的「六根」等各品牌，皆堅持傳統手工釀製。

- 1904Converted from producing sake-mother (moto) for other brewers to producing sake itself.
- 1959Incorporated as a joint-stock company.
- 2016Became the first brewery in Aomori Prefecture to receive Kosher certification and converted to producing only junmai (no added brewer's alcohol) sake.
