沿革
- 1774Ariga Brewery was founded when the Echigo-Takada domain established a local administrative outpost (jinya) in Kamago village and commissioned sake brewing, in the Edo period (Anei 3).
- 2022The brand Jinya won the gold award at the National New Sake Awards for the 2021 brewing year, announced on May 25, 2022.
- 2024Released a commemorative sake marking the company's 100th anniversary of incorporation and 250th anniversary of founding, on October 22, 2024.
