Kita Arupusu is a regionally celebrated brand from Fukugen Shuzou, a brewery founded in 1758 (Horeki 8) in Ikeda Town, Nagano Prefecture, one of two famous sake breweries situated amid the Northern Japan Alps. The sake is brewed during the coldest season using spring water drawn from the Northern Alps mountain range, paired with premium sake rice grown in the Azumino valley of Shinshu, yielding a refreshing character known for its clean throat quality. The Daiginjo expression is made from designated-method farming rice and finished through long-term low-temperature fermentation.
