Yurimasamune is brewed at Saiya Shuzoten in Yurihonjo, Akita, using Akitasakekomachi and Menkoina rice polished to 70%. The brewery, known primarily for its Yukino Bosha brand, adheres to a three nots philosophy: no paddle-stirring of the mash, no filtering, and no water addition.
