Junmai ginjo brewed with Oyamanishiki, a Toyama Prefecture heritage sake rice variety, polished to 65% at Yoshinotomo Shuzo in Toyama City. Yoshinotomo is the only Toyama brewery producing exclusively pure rice sake, and its focus on local Toyama rice varieties makes this an expressive regional junmai ginjo.
